The user of a certain form says the grid report for the form they are using is suddenly showing a blank page. This is the grid report they are using: http://www.jotform.com/grid/42783591806060
They use it frequently throughout the day and today it stopped working when they refreshed the page. They have tried refreshing many times.
There are multiple reports for this form, but this is the one they use. The excel reports do not work because of the version of IE they are using. It continually comes up with an error.
This report is password protected. The password is floydforms in case you need it.
Oddly, I can see it. But I have IE 10. They are using IE8. However, it has worked until this morning so not sure what happened and I cannot reproduce the error on my machine.

Okay so basically what you mean is one of your users or clients whom has access to your Gridlist Report is no longer able to view it since it is showing up blank.
If I am understanding you correctly you are saying that they are using IE8 which may work sometimes but not always. Unfortunately though, there is nothing we can do about that because IE8 is no longer supported by us since it is considered to be obsolete.
Generally speaking, to avoid these types of issues it is highly recommended to make sure you are using the latest softwares and hardwares for your system since older outdated objects of the sort can lead to these types of unforeseen problems as JotForm relies on the latest to function properly.
