How do I change my user name?

I originally set up this account temporarily to determine if JotForm would be our form provider, since Adobe FormCentral is retiring.  I have migrated all of our forms, but prior to me purchasing a subscription, I need his information modified.

Please help!

I noticed that I need to give you the current name and you can make that modification on your end...
