We are getting the Quota error. I think I have satisfied the error. Would you please see if you can take the lock off?

Your account is over its limits for storage space. To free up space, you would need to delete some of the submissions in your account that have files attached. Deleting the submission will delete the associated files.
I reactivated your account to allow you some time to get your storage total back under 100mb.
