Over Quota

    People are saying they are getting an "over quota" error message when they try to vote.  Why is this?

    Hi,

    Economy account are allowed up to 10,000 submissions per month.  You currently have 10,001 already for this month.  This is why your users are receiving the message.  To allow for more submissions, you would need to upgrade your account further.

    I checked our logs and your most recent subscription was an "Economy" one.  This does indeed only allow for up to 10,000 submissions per month.  If you have upgraded to "Professional" I was unable to find a confirmation for it.  If this is the case, just let us know the subscription confirmation number and we will be happy to make sure it is properly applied.
