Why am I being deducted for test payments?

Hi, I'm setting up some order forms for a friend that only needs to process <10 transactions per month. I've done several test transactions on the forms to check Stripe integration, etc. and it looks like it's deducting from the 10 on the free plan :(

Is there a way to have this reset when the forms and payment gateway go live?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi,

We usually allow our users one freebie reset per account, especially if they are doing testing.  I went ahead and reset yours.  Keep in mind we normally only do this once per account.

Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

Hi there and thanks so much for the speedy reply!

Thanks for the reset, also. Did that count as our one reset? I should be done with the forms and testing by Friday and then take the forms live.

    Have a great weekend!

On behalf of my colleague, you're welcome.

Yes, the reset my colleague did on your account counts as your one-time reset.

You should also note that our system also reset the submissions counter every 1st day of each month which means that you would be able to do 10 payment submissions this month and if you reach the limit you need to wait until the 1st day of next month (May) to have another 10 payment submissions available.

Please let us know if you've further questions.
We'll be happy to answer them.
