JotForm Not Working in Wordpress

    Hello,

    I have a form I'm trying to put inside a page in WordPress but get the following error in the java console.

     

    "Blocked loading mixed active content "http://www.jotform.com/jsform/50916490737159?redirect=1""

     

    Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    As I tried to submit your JotForm from your webpage, I was able to submit it normally and thank you message is displayed.

    Do you still experience the same issue? Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below :
