The form I created for tennis school applications does seem to malfunction in some cases. About 50-75 % of the submissions seem to have been filled out on a properly working form but in the rest of the cases, the form's conditions don't work as expected (especially on mobile phones).
The applicants are supposed to choose the level of their tennis game and whether they've been enrolled in our school at an earlier stage. After that, the conditions are supposed to make the form ask for personal details if they haven't played with us earlier and display the different available lesson hours depending on the applicant's level.
However it seems that in at least 25 % of the cases, ALL fields are shown from the beginning. I fixed it once by reloading the page (which shouldn't be necessary...) but on the mobile device the form's stuck showing all fields.
Can this be fixed so that all tennis players can choose the correct available lesson hours?
