    Can I receive an email alert when someone has filled out the form, even if they did not pay?

    Yes, there is. With the jotform loaded in the form builder, please do the following:

    1. Right-click the payment field and then click Show Properties:

    2.     Change Pending Payment E-mail from No to either Notifiers Only or Notifiers and Autoresponders, depending on your requirements:

    3. Close the settings and save the form
