Form never moves on to the next page after clicking "Next" button

Hi there, I use your form on my cake website for brides who wish to submit information to get a custom quote.  I've had two brides so far say that the form "sticks" for them...meaning, the browser window just spins and spins and never "moves on" after they have hit "Next" at the bottom to go to the second page.  Also, I've had brides submit the form at the end, only for me to never have it show up in my Submissions.

Is there something that can be done to prevent this from continuing to happen?

Hi Heather,

I noticed that the form is not responsive on your initial visit to the page. This is caused by a conflict between your website and the form codes. To fix this, you will have to use our embedding method instead of the Embed Form plugin. We recommend the iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Please try it and update us here.

So don't use the Wordpress embed option?

Yes, that is correct. Please try our iFrame method instead of the WordPress Embed Method or instead of the Embed Plugin for WordPress.

Okay, I have replaced my form with the iFrame option... Can you look on your end and verify the form works now, after clearing your cache and history?
