I had several forms responded to. 11 to be ezact but nothing came to my email. Why?

I think I can be of help to you.
For your forms to send an email notification to your email. You must setup the email notifier feature of your form. You can check this link to Setup Email Notifications.

I checked the form embedded to the page your referenced and there is not currently an email notification associated with that form:
Click on the "Emails" tab then click on "Add New Email" to create a new notification. After that, setup the notification as you desire:
For most consistent delivery of your notifications, make sure to set the sender email to "email@example.com".
