How to download multiple Uploaded files on Jotform

    I have 2 uploaded files in the Given link which I need to download.

    I have tried the File Downloader Jotform App using Ruby but am facing some error.

    Kindly help me out as how should I download these files.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    There are only two files on your form, so you can manually download them from a Form Submissions Page.
