I imported my form from Forms Central. I made revisions to it in JotForm. I have tried using your Create PDF Form link to download the revised form back into a PDF I can distribute. (we route our fillable forms by email because multiple users fill in different parts of the form). I keep getting this error message when I try to use the "create PDF form link"

I was able to reproduce the issue with corrupted PDF on your Gallagher Test form. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our Development Team.
If there are any other affected forms, please let us know.
We will update this thread once we have any news.
