Can I print my collected data directly to a form that I pre-format?

Hi, I'm trying to decide between JotForm and Formstack.

I collect responses for a quarterly art exhibit that 50+ people participate in, and I'd like to print everyone's responses automatically in the fonts / formatting that I specify, so that everyone's statement is formatted the same.

I'm also collecting their emails and a few questions that I DON'T want printed on the final output.

There are only 4 fields I want to print on the card, and it'd be awesome to set it up to format automatically. The fields I'd like to print are:

Title of Artwork (bold italic, Helvetica or Ariel font, size 13 pt, no quotation marks allowed around title)

Artist Name (Helvetica or Ariel, 13 pt)

Medium (Helvetica or Ariel, 13 pt)

---- [Below this or to the side is a separate text box containing their Artist Statement, or a thin line to separate the artist statement from the rest of the information....]

Your Artist Statement (up to 150 words) (Helvetica or Ariel, 13 pt)

Everyone's responses would then be printed on cardstock. See the attached form that I made in Acrobat Form Central, which unfortunately is retiring. Is JotForm capable of doing this?  I don't want to copy/paste everyone's responses into a Word-processing program, which takes forever. Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting us.

With JotForm is possible to create a Fillable PDF form. More about Fillable PDF you can find inside of this article:

Also it is possible to add PDF link inside of your Email Notification and that will enable you to download PDF submissions.

Also it is possible to export submissions or data of your form into Excel, CSV and PDF format.

Inside of submissions edit option you can set which fields will be shown inside of your PDF submission. Note - in order to enable/disable visibility of fields, fields need to have labels.

Actually you cannot customize the pdf in JotForm. You should look at some pdf editor which will help you change the font size in the pdf.

You should check this pdf editor:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
