test submissions on my contact us form

I checked your account and see that you are free user and you have not used any submission in this month. As free user your monthly limit is 100 Submissions, 10 SSL Secure submissions and 10 Receive Payments. At the begging of every month submissions counter will reset. Your submission counter is currently on 0.
Inside of one of your form you have 9 old submissions and you can delete them your self. Inside of My Forms select form where you have submissions, click on Submissions and inside of Submission Wizard you have option Delete which will delete your submission. Once you deleted your submissions they will be deleted permanently.

But its showing 9 submission in my forms "contact us" form plz check and clear confirm once again that there was nothing submission

What my colleague wanted to say is that your monthly submissions are at 0, so there is no need to remove them.
To see your current number of submissions that you have available per month, just click on the avatar looking icon in the top right corner and you will be able to see them all.
If you want you can always delete the submissions by yourself from within the Submissions Panel.
