One of my forms suddenly stopped working ie recipient not receiving replies and no changes had been made at all. I was advised 2 days ago by Welvin
Tried that but form still not working ie no e-mails received. Please help as feeling desperate here to help my client.

I see that you reported this situation here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/545891 and by checking our mail logs I see that the configured email address is in our bounce list again.
Please try to whitelist the email address email@example.com in the AOL account by following the steps provided here: http://womeninbusiness.about.com/od/email-questions/f/How-Do-I-Whitelist-Email-Sender-Or-A-Domain-In-Aol.htm
