Form Fields in Email Subject Line

    Can form field values, those enclosed within {} be added to the subject line of

    the form submission email?

     

    And, if those fields are blank, what will be sent?

    You must be referring to what was described in the user guide

    And, if those fields are blank, what will be sent?

    None. There will be no replacement data for it. It will be just an empty/blank space.
