JotForm account not updated and not allowing form submission

    I need our account updated asap our forms are not allowing people to submit

    I just checked your jotform subscription with account/username juneteenth2014  

    and I see it Active and in good standing. It is currently on PROFESSIONAL subscription plan.

    Please provide us more details of what is not correct on the account, and we will check.
