Our account is shown as free, even though we paid our invoice?

    I was trying to edit the forms. When I logged in, I saw nothing -- no forms at all. I then looked at our stats and it said we had a free account and that our uploads exceeded the free allotment (100MB).


    We did actually pay the annual invoice on April 1st 2015. It says so in the "Upgrade" tab in our account section. Please can you fix this immediately.

    Hi Transart,

    After reviewing your account, I am seeing that a request for your subscription (INT150401-3265-79975S) to be downgraded and refunded was made on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/545654 

    As requested, the subscription has been canceled and the charge was refunded and your account has been set back to our "Free Plan".

    If you would like to change the plan on your account, the account would need to be upgraded once again.

    Actually, my fault. The account was consolidated into another one.
