Google Spreadsheet some fields are not updatedAsked by pinkliqu on April 04, 2015 at 07:37 PMThere is also a field on this form called Primary rider e-mail and it is set as required but it seems that in the Google spreadsheet of submissions some of these fields are empty. Although on Jotform you can see the field was completed they are not displaying in Google spreadsheet.google spreadsheet
Have you also tried refreshing the current google integration of the form?
You can do it like this
1. Remove the existing Google spreadsheet integration
2. Saved the Form
3. Redo the integration process
4. Complete the integration process and Saved the form again.
After the integration completion, check the generated new google spreadsheet if the Primary rider E-mail column now contains the data from the form submissions.
