Have you also tried refreshing the current google integration of the form?
You can do it like this
1. Remove the existing Google spreadsheet integration
2. Saved the Form
3. Redo the integration process
4. Complete the integration process and Saved the form again.
After the integration completion, check the generated new google spreadsheet if the Primary rider E-mail column now contains the data from the form submissions.
