PayPal checkout button

I have PayPal set up and it is working.

The buttons are selected yes as below

99% of the time the PayPal button does NOT show as below, just the regular submit button.

    Why?

But when it does show (I don't know what makes it show) it shows no matter what payment option is chosen.

i.e. When the PayPal option is not selected, the PayPal widget is hidden.

    Suggestions?

    Hello Russ563,

I was testing your form and I can see that the condition is properly working on my end after cloning it.

    Here's a sample:

If you embedded the form to a web page then the issue could be a conflict between your script and the form. That is why Jotform condition is not working as intended.

If it's possible for you to share the URL where your form is embedded then I can check whether some libraries in your script has a conflict with Jotform's embed code.

    Best,

    Mike

Sorry, my images didn't get posted.
Here is the question again, hopefully with the images.

P.S. You misunderstood my question. I'm referring to the button, not the conditions. As you can see in your reply, the PayPal button is NOT there.

This is due to the basic PayPal integration that requires only PayPal email address and also could be with the custom payments.

If the products are added to the wizard normally, the PayPal button shall be displayed as you select a product.

If PayPal Pro is used, the buttons shall be displayed for custom payments as well.

If you do not have a PayPal Pro account, as a workaround you may have two submit buttons and display the submit embedded with PayPal image when PayPal is selected. Please see the demo below :

Please feel free to clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works.
