I've a feeling you are already working on it, but the forms are all down as of 7:45pm EST on Mon evening. Not sure when it started, but I'm hoping its up soon, because I'm getting calls letting me know my registration isn't accessible. You see a white screen and nothing else when you go to the address

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.
JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
