Able to submit empty Matirx table boxes that are set required

I have several drop down boxes in one form. They are all required and have the initial blank option visible with the options visible when you click the box. The form is allowing submission of the form without answers to these questions.

How do I get the form to require these questions prior to submission?

I have tested your form and I was unable to submit your form without filling all drop down boxes and all required fields. I was only able to submit your form without filling your matrix table that is also set to be required, but you did not set multiple options that will enable a matrix to be required. To do that you need to select matrix table then click on option and select Show Properties and the select one of the following options.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I also could not reproduced the issue anymore when I tried the form http://www.jotform.us/form/50202845894155 on your website

I could not proceed to submit the form successfully if I leave all of the boxes in the Matrix table empty/blank. I always requires me to provide at least 1 option answered.

In most cases, failure of required validation script were due to disabled javascript on the browser. The scripts used on the form requires javascript to be enabled/available in the client browser.

Perhaps the user who made the test submission with empty required fields were using a browser that have a configuration settings that disables javascript.

You may want to add the NoScript Widget to alert the end-user about disabled script on the browser.
