    Appointment Slots Widget: Stop adjusting item limit

    Boa noite,

     

    Sempre tive problemas com app para contar submissão.

    No formulário da url colocada aqui, marquei 400 vagas para Matutino e 400 vagas para noturno.

    Contou corretamente até restarem 350, e parou, agora pessoas continuam inscrevendo, mas o numero de vagas não diminui.

    Hi Jean,

    I made a test submission in  your form, and I saw that the number slots did not changed.Could you try the following:

    1. Remove the widget.

    2. re-adding the "Appointment Slots" widget.

    3. Make sure you get the API code, just to make sure.

    4. Clear your form's cache.

     

    See if that resolves the problem, if after some time the issue showed up again, please do let us know and we'll make further investigation on it.

    Isso que você sugeriu volta a  funcionar.

    Como eu disse, sempre tenho esse problema. Apago o App e incluo novamente.

    Volta a funcionar, e logo para de novo.

    O problema, é que isso inviabiliza o uso, já toda vez que apagamos temos que fazer backup dos dados pois perdemos tudo ao apagar uma questão.

    Lembrando, todas as vezes eu eu coloco o API CODE, corretamente.

    Então gostaria que fosse possivel corrigir o problema, para que não fosse preciso fazer sempre as sugestões de 1 a 4 mostradas no passo anterior.

    Unfortunately the API key is needed for security purposes and is removed each time a field is deleted.  The key gives a level of access to your account that is above what other users should have.  For fields that need access to your data, such as the appointment slots widget, it will be necessary to enter your API key each time you add that type of field.

    Talvez pela tradução que é sempre insuficiente, eu não fui bem entendido.

    Eu coloco todas as vezes a API KEY, isso é normal, o ruim, é o  "Appointment Slots" parar de funcionar repentinamente, (para de contar submissões), com frequência, conforme o formulário:

    Assim, disponibilizo em outros casos, 10 submissões, e quando vejo já tem 20 ou mais, pois o "Appointment Slots" para de funcionar e não zera as vagas, mesmo que coloquei a API Key corretamente.

    I just checked the widget and it does appear to be working properly.  I am unsure as to why it is not working consistently on your end:

    After I select the first appointment slot and complete the submission, the counter is decreased:

    If the widget stops working at any point, let us know and we will be happy to have a look.  As far as I can tell though, it is working.

    Vejo que é ainda pior que imaginava.

    Pra você mostrou as 400 vagas iniciais, por período, .

    Já temos 74 submissões de 400 no período MANHÃ e 78 submissões de 400 NOITE, ou seja, deveria mostrar (Submissões restantes MANHÃ: 400 - 74=326 - Submissões restantes MANHÃ: 400 - 78=322)

    Porém, mostrou as mesmas 400 pra você conforme imagem, provando que não funciona mesmo.

    Pra mim está congelado em 348 e 352 submissões restantes conforme imagem abaixo, mesmo que inscrições são realizadas com frequência o número não muda.

    I am using a copy of your form for my testing which is why it shows 400 remaining.  Yours shows the same amount to me as it does to you:

    The widget as far as I can tell is currently working.  There may have been a problem with your widget at some point but it should be working now.  You can always replace the widget with a new copy and set the values to what they should be.

    conforme sua imagem, o formulário está congelado (Faz dias que está assim) em:

    Manhã 348 vagas

    Noite 352 vagas

    If I understood you correctly Jean, the issue is that your numbers are always on the same level and do not get down.

    To me it seems that you have either deleted the API key or you have changed its options.

    You can check them out here: How to create API key

    If you have not added any API keys so far, then please do so otherwise the widget would not be able to work properly.

    I would suggest that in either way, you copy the same API key and add it to your widget once again to see if it starts going down as the submissions are made.
