Hi,
I believe we do not have an app integration directly to databases, but you here are some workarounds that you can use.
1. If you are using MySQL database to your website, you can directly Send POST Data of your submissions directly to your PHP script. Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP.
2. If you are looking on how to export the submissions to import it in your database, then you can use the apps found here: http://apps.jotform.com/search/database.
I hope that helps.
Kind regards.

If it is not too late, I would like to ask to owner of the thread (Mr. Jorge Claudio) whether or not he would think use of Google Sheets as a backend source (for CRUD activities/processes) instead of a database.
A kind of a feature currently not available on JotForm but having a potential to be real thanks to "API"s of both platforms.
Thanks.
