Widget to decode VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)?

Looking for a VIN Decoder plugin..  like this http://www.vindecoder.net/ 

i have a scrap yard that i want to start and inventory vehicles on the inbound path. and have it report on the back end in excel.. any help >

If I understand your question correctly, you want to decode Vehicle Identification Number. Is that correct?
