How can I make sure that I'm not consuming our SSL submissions?

Hi, can you please explain how I have reached my max quota for SSL submissions on a free account when my forms have an unchecked secure SSL submission box. I have checked my forms and no boxes are checked for 'secure form'. Please let me know what I have done wrong as I thought I was being careful to keep within the quota of the free account until we upgrade to a payed account when we have started to trade. Unfortunatly now none of our forms are being shown on our website or facebook store. Is there anything we can do to revert back to a free account when the SSL threshhold has already been reached such as in this case? Please let us know how to ensure our forms do not fall into the SSL submissions as I am not sure what else I should have done other than uncheck the 'secure ssl subbmission' box. Many thanks

You need to also verify the embed codes that you're using on your website and facebook page to make sure they are not using the https protocol. I think the SSL submissions are probably coming from your facebook store since facebook does not allow you to embed anything in their pages without using a secure protocol.

Either way, I've reset your SSL counter so you can continue to receive submissions, but you must be aware that this is something we're allowed to do only one time per account.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
