How can I allow users to add a list of fields in my form?

I need to allow a user to add 3 fields at once i.e.:

Vehicles

       Vehicle Number

       Owner Name

       Owner Address

+Add another Vehicle

This is an insurance form and we are asking for individual vehicles, names and addresses. I have migrated from Cognito Forms, attached is a screen capture of how it was handle.

I think the Infinite List or the Configurable List could be a good fit for your needs.
