I'm currently getting emails regarding form limits and form being disabled?

    I dont know why I continually get an email that says my account is disabled?

    I've checked your forms and they are not disabled. I did check our mail logs and did see that there are emails stating about your limits.

    I have cleared your form's cache and refresh the upload counter in our end. Is it possible that the users of your forms are uploading almost near 100 MB for each file? Or multiple large files that may be taking up your upload storage space quickly? If that is the case that will trigger an email reminding you about the upload space storage limit.

    Also, please take note that the submission limits resets on the 1st day of each month. To have a better look at your submission limits, you can see it in the Account Settings.


    If you are still getting unusual emails after this, please do let us know and we can forward it on our back end.
