account disabled - over 100mb limit

    I got a warning that my account would be disabled because I was over the limit. I deleted a bunch of stuff at about 10am today but at 12:30 I still got an email that the account is now disabled. How can I find out how much else I need to delete? How soon after deleting will my account be re-enabled and is there anything I need to do that make that happen? About how many megabites are each form submission?

    I see that the account is in active state now and seems to be in good shape. The upload field on a JotForm can support upto 1GB of file. However, since free account can store only 100MB in total. If you are upload some big files, the account may be overquota with 2 or 3 submissions. You can see the usage statistics from your account by clicking on the user icon.
