This is happens when an expired token in your Google integration occurred. To solve this, you need to first remove the integration:
After that, save the changes and refresh the page. You can then re-integrate the Google Drive that you have by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive.
