Can JotForm be integrated into Salesforce?

    Can JotForm be integrated into Salesforce as a note or attachment?

    Hi,

    Yes, we have an integration supported for SalesForce, you can check the app here: http://apps.jotform.com/app/salesforce_integration. You can follow the screenshot shown in the app page. 

    Regarding sending it as an attachment, I believe the data is being passed as a text value on the map fields.
