Form is not working on mobile devices

    I have a JotForm request form on my website and the password works from a PC or a Mac but not from an iPhone or iPad. Am I doing something wrong?

    I'm not sure what do you mean by "password" since I don't see any password field in your form, but you must be aware that requesting sensitive information such as usernames or passwords is against our terms of use and your forms/account will be suspended if you do this.

    Can you let us know more details about the issue you're having with your form? It loaded fine on my end.
