Since these are two different entities, your users may need to be notified with the change in URLs of your forms. The submissions to the FormCentral forms cannot be passed to JotForm without using our import wizard. If you have embedded your forms on any of your webpages, you'll need to embed the JotForm on your webpage. In this case, your users can submit the forms normally and need not to be provided with any changed URLs. It is required only if they are using direct Adobe URLs.
Hope this information helps.
