Do you have a maximum upload size limit?

    I currently use your forms for a small business and I am looking at using it for another one. My question is, do you have a maximum upload per file? This would be used for uploading .raw photos which could be between 1-100 GB.

    My goal is to develop an order form to be used by clients with an upload link and then send them to a PayPal button for payment.

    Yes, we do have a 1GB size limit per submission as you can see here: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit also please note that your account's plan (Premium) allows 10GB of storage space. If you need more space you might need to consider on upgrading your account.
