We were getting notifications for submissions and then it stopped.

I see that the email notifications are being sent from our end without any issue.
You can also check the email history log right from your account by following the steps provided in the guide below :
http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
You should be able to check the verification code from your email history.
