the back and next buttons (and most likely, the submit) on my forms are not working on a mobile phone.
I have tried: embedded form on new website
http://meadowbrookeducation.com/forms/adult-pre-assessment/
http://meadowbrookeducation.com/forms/observations-of-child-or-student-pre-assessment/
I have tried: direct link
http://form.jotform.com/form/13084329175
http://form.jotform.com/form/13492151196
I have tried: secure link
http://secure.jotform.com/form/13084329175
http://secure.jotform.com/form/13492151196
NONE of the above work from my android phone. All work from my computer.
I need it to be mobile optimized and working. What do I do next?

I have tested your forms and I noticed that you did not set your form to be responsive. Please read this article to find how to make your forms responsive:
http://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive
Also you can add Mobile Responsive Widget to your form.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi BJoanna,
Can anyone else check the load speeds on their mobile browser?
I made the preferences change and the designer change to the forms, and yes, now the navigation works. However, the load time is over 1 minute both on the embedded form (1m 14s) and on the direct links (1m 50 s). ONLY on the mobile side, the computer form works great. Once the form loads, the buttons do work, however, again, it is taking 41seconds or more to move to the next page.
Any suggestions as to why the computer load time and the mobile load times are so different?
