How can I download all submissions?

Asked by LK4878 on April 06, 2015 at 06:11 PM

    Hi,

I created a form that allowed users to upload a file as a submission. Is there a way I can download all 131 of these submissions (word documents) all at once into one file?

    Thanks!

You can download the submission data all at once from the View Submission page of your jotform

    user guide: -How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

As for the submission uploaded files - if you need to download them in bulk all at once, you will have to use the JotForm File Downloader App to do it.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Can you explain this better..... this does not allow me to download all my submissions at once.

In my case I do not care about the attachments, I just want to download all submissions at once.  I can't select them all when viewing submissions.  I see 8 pages worth and can't make multiple selections across multiple pages...

    HELP!

We have added a new feature to download all uploaded files in the Submissions view. You can now download all the uploaded files in a single zip file with a single click.

Selecting only one submissions from the list would download all the files. However, if you want to download the files uploaded for multiple submissions, you may select the respective submissions by holding Ctrl button on your keyboard and then click on Download button.

    Hope this information helps!

That is NOT what I want, and NOT what I asked for help with.

That downloads all attachments.... I actually said "I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ATTACHMENTS" in my post...  I've already tried it.... having a bunch of unrelated images and attached files without the corresponding data is useless for me.

I'm sorry. I overlooked the sentence in your post. I understand that you want to download the submission data and you are experiencing some issues downloading all submissions into one file.  You can download all the submissions data to Excel or CSV or PDF format by clicking on the respective button. Selecting only one submission shall download all the submissions. Please see the screenshot below :

If you want to download only selected submissions then you may select respective submissions by holding Ctrl key.

Do you see any error message while trying to download the submissions? Let us know. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!
