Allow sharing and adding permissions to forms in "user groups"

We have several instances where this would be useful when multiple people need access to forms.

We don't have user groups but we have sub account users for each subscription plan or account type, you can actually create sub-account users, regardless if they are existing accounts or new ones. You can share multiple forms to them and have permissions on it. Here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

Thanks, but the question was around the possibility of creating permissions that can be assigned to sub account users in bulk. This would assist when you have 5-6 sub account users and they all need access to a large number of forms.

Thanks for the clarification, unfortunately, it is not possible right now. But, I will escalate this as a feature request, I believe this would be useful, especially if you are sharing forms to multiple users, it would take some time when you want to add 20 or more emails and sharing them to the same forms with the same permissions. It would be more convenient and productive to just create a user group, list all the emails and set specific sharing options to that user group.

Please do take note that we are unable to provide an estimated date for this, or if this will be considered. It will be up to our developers if they will be implementing this, they work on priority task and are currently working on other feature request. But rest assure that they are already aware of this. If we hear any news we'll update you on this thread.
