Form not population ref number

Working correctly Form 40122641705342

A new page opens & the jot form is shown with the self populated ref part number Honda032 inserted.

Not working Form 50907214204344

Please select Remote fob 3 button + instructions.

A new page opens but the part number is not inserted ?

AS A TEST I SWAPPED FORM REF NUMBERS OVER

If i use the form 40122641705342 on this page http://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/facgoldwing.html all is good.

I created a clone so dont see why it wont work on my new page

Please can you check and advise what i did wrong.

When the picture is loaded then click order.

You will see that the part number box is empty and should have Honda032

I have 2 forms with you

40122641705342 this form self populates with the part number.

50907214204344 this form DOES NOT self populate.

Swap the working form 40122641705342 into this page http://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/karbmw.html

You will then see that it works.

If you then revert back to the original form it does not work

Yes, I apologize, I was under the impression that your issue was with the image not being shown with the button that opens the form for some reason.

Now the issue here is that you are using wrong link:

It should be:

http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50907214204344?partNumber=Honda032

Even though it is a clone of the original form, if you change a field its new name/tag must be used instead, in this case it is partNumber.

Once you change the link it should work properly. Do let us know however if it does not.

So are you saying DO NOT use the clone fore but to use THE ORIGINAL form ?

Form 40122641705342 has a field called REFERENCE NUMBER

Form 50907214204344 has a field called PART NUMBER

I need to use the form with PART NUMBER
