Greetings. I'm updating a form that was created in Drupal 7 and tried to use the Import feature. I got the message,
"Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular"
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated as I'd really rather not re-enter the entire form.
Thanks!

Hi,
Unfortunately, you cannot clone or import non-JotForm forms from a web page. You will need to re-create the form using the form builder.
If you are referring to the option "Import Form" from a web page, it only works for JotForms that are embedded on a website:
However, if you have a fillable PDF version of your Drupal form, then you can import it and use it in JotForm. Here's a link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. Choose the 3rd option "PDF Only".
I hope this helps.
Kind regards.

Hi Derric,
Just to let you know that we have updated our import tool and importing the form in the given webpage is now possible.
Please try it and let us know if there are problems.
Thanks
