User access to formsAsked by CDPHENSB on April 07, 2015 at 11:23 AM
I just subscribed to the JotForm Economy level account and added some users to my license. I have given them full access, editing rights. However, when they sign in with the passwords they created individually, the create box is greyed out and they can not make changes to the forms other than moving questions up or down.
What needs to happen so all my users can create and edit all the forms in our account?
I did some testing with my own sub user accounts, I was always able to edit the forms. Did you gave them full access?
Can you please provide us sub user username or screenshot of the problem? In the meantime maybe it is just problem related to browser caching. Sub users can try remove cache from browsers in order to see forms that are shared with them.
Looking forward to your reply.
