We have several forms for our company integrated into our google drive account. Over the last month, the integration between Jotform and Google Drive has failed. The only way I have found to re-establish the integration is to remove the google drive integration and recreate it. Unfortunately, this causes Jotform to integrate to a new google drive folder, even if the folder name remains the same. Then, I have to reshare the folder with other employees in our office.
First, is there a bug or something that is causing the google drive integration to continually fail over the recent months? And second, is there a better solution to the failed integration that wouldn't require me to generate a new google drive folder?
Unfortunately there is no other option than to create a new folder next to the old one.
In regards to your integration failing, one of our developers has been working on some updates today and that might have caused some submissions to pass through without being added to Google Drive.
Can you please tell me if you are still experiencing the same issue?
The integration is still not working. It went down around mid-day on 6 Apr, 2015. We have about 6 forms using the integration (so 6 different google drive folders). Three of those jotforms had multiple submissions yesterday and none have shown up in their respective google drive folders.
In fact, I just tested one of them twice (https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/33630817474962) and the google drive integration didn't work. But also, the notification email did not work.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We recently have issue with the Google drive integration. But our dev have just now fixed it.
Can you please try the re-integration process again. That is, removed and add back the Google drive integration on the form.
Please inform us if issue still persist even after doing the re-integration process already.
