How can I get my form details to show up in the confirmation email?

I only see the signature when my form is signed, but I would like to see the entire agreement associated with the following form:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50206121134941

You need to add it (copy/paste) to the notifier template in order to get it included in the email notification.
