Hello!
I am trying to download the submissions from a form into an excel spreadsheet but am receiving the error "Downloading submissions between null and 6000 failed." There are 257 submissions total. Am I missing a step where I define the submissions to be exported?
Many thanks,
Jay Shepherd

I was not able to reproduce problem you have mentioned. I was able to download submissions into Excel when I test it.
Could you try using a different browser or try to clear your browser cache. Inside of this article you can find out how to clear browser cache:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for your response. After looking over another question in the forum where someone was having a similar issue and then suddenly didn't, I went back in and tried it again, and this time it worked (after at least a dozen previously failed attempts). Not sure what to make of it but glad it happened.
Many thanks,
Jay

Hi Jay,
We also apologize for any inconvenience caused.
There must be a glitch on our end that have caused failure in downloading the Excel submission of your form previously.
Our dev have just recently applied/updates on the Form Builder -- it must have fixed also the issue associated to your submission download.
Feel free to contact us again anytime for any assistance you need on JotForm
