I followed the simple steps to create a report in an Excel format. It is not opening (I have tried 3 computers, all Macs).
The message says that the "file format or extension is not valid" "verify that the file is not corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file"
My computer(s) should open xlsx files, so this is not making sense....
Can you help?
Actually--weirdly--after 8 attempts it suddenly worked. I did nothing different. Any ideas what happened?
Thanks so much,

I have attempted to open your form submissions from this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50477039401956 to an excel file and I see nothing wrong wit it. It could be a caching problem when you download it. In this case, clearing your forms cache will help:
I see no special character in the submissions so I don't think this is the cause of the problem. If you will notice this again, please make sure to let us know so we can check it for you.
