Can I change the last page the applicant sees?

Right now i believe the last page applicants see is a thank you from JotForm; is there any way we can have the last page be from our agency thanking the individual with our own image and text?

You can redirect the end-user to a custom URL Thank You page of your choosing when they submit the form.

You can do this in the Thank You page of the form

I missed to mention that if you only want to provide the end-user with a customize Thank You Message in the form, you can also do it using the custom Thank You Message instead
