Do not get the results from my submission form into my inbox

    Hi, there! Great program. However,when I go to my test site to test the Contact form at, I never get the results of the form sent to my email account. Am I misunderstanding this process or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Linda,

    You need to set up email notifications for your form. 

    Click Email Alerts -> Add New Email 


    Click Next


    The best way to help prevent any issues with Emails Notifications getting 'lost' is to select 'JotForm' as your Sender Name and 'noreply@jotform' as the Sender Email

    For Recipient Email enter the email address you want notifications to be sent to. 


    Click Next, The defaults should be fine here, then Click Finish.


    Save the form. Your notification should now be complete and ready to be tested.
