Please see my earlier issue submitted approximately 2 hours ago.
Since then I have recreated the form I worked on yesterday but experience the same thing. It previews correctly but when I select the designer button it opens a new form and not the one I have been working on.
Are you having issues with your platform? Please let me know as I need to complete this.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you mean to say that when you load your form in designer, it displays some other form and not the one which you are editing?
It seems you have upgraded your guest account only. That is the reason why I am unable to check your form in designer.
The first thing we should do is to resolve your guest account issues. I would suggest you to please "Sign Up" for a free account using email address "email@example.com" and your forms should automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new username so that we can apply your premium monthly subscription to your new account. If you do not see your forms, we will move them manually.
Once your guest account issue is resolved, we will try to replicate and address your form designer issue.
We will wait for your response.

If you are not able to use the same email address to sign up for a new account, do let us know your desired username and if it is still available we will change your account username.
