How to delete the Hover Text of form fields?

Hi. I have imported a form from Adobe through the Jotform import tool (which worked fantastic BTW).

Unfortunately the comment bubbles that I had on the Adobe form cover the text box on the Jotform. I cant find where to either delete these comment bubbles or move the location where they appear.

Any help would be appreciated (the comment bubble only appears in the preview)

Do you mean to say that you want to delete the message box which appears when you mouse over to the form fields?

It seems you want to remove the "Hover Text" of your form fields. Please check the screenshot below on how to remove/delete the "Hover Text":
