I created a form to serve as an enrollment agreement. It's just a long enrollment form with some conditional formatting and a couple of widgets(preview before submit, e-sig and progress bar widget). I can load the form quickly in a pc browser but when I try to go to the form on my tablet(The purpose of the form is for use on our tablets to help eliminate paper), it takes many second(26 seconds my last count) to finish loading and allow input into the fields. I can't pay for this and have it take half a a minute to load for my customers this isn't working for me. Have I done something wrong that's making the form take nearly half a minute to load on tablets?

I tested your form in my android phone and it took around 10 seconds to load which is a similar time I got when I tested on my laptop.
Please note that the load time for every webpage could be slow for several reasons such as internet speed, memory load, caching issues, network issues, etc.
I've also cleared your form's cache to see if it helps. If you have your form embedded in a website let us know the URL so we can check there.
Thank you.
